Order Processing

Most orders are processed instantly after payment confirmation. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours due to server or system delays.

Player ID Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct Player ID / Account ID. Orders delivered to an incorrect account due to user error are not reversible.

Failed or Pending Orders

If payment is successful but the order status remains pending or failed, please contact support with your transaction ID and order details.

Refund & Cancellation

Digital goods are non-cancellable once processed. Refund eligibility is determined as per our Refund Policy.
