Cancellation Policy

VynzaLoot provides digital goods and automated game top-ups that are processed immediately after successful payment confirmation.

No Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed and payment is completed, it cannot be cancelled. This is due to the instant and irreversible nature of digital product fulfillment.

Before You Place an Order

Ensure the correct Player ID / Account ID is entered
Verify the selected game and product
Confirm all order details before proceeding to payment

Exceptions

Orders that fail due to technical issues or system errors may be reviewed under our Refund Policy.

Cancellation requests based on user error, accidental purchases, or change of mind cannot be accommodated once processing begins.
